Together, Kelly & Maggie offer over 40 years of business experience in both in-person service-based businesses as well as online-based businesses. We invite you to explore our comprehensive range of services, offering numerous possibilities for both the present and the promising future. Kelly Schei

Kelly launched Creative Consult after a wild ride of sixteen years navigating diverse industries like Hunting, Real Estate, Mobility, and Veteran Services! She’s done it all—from marketing magic to crafting dealer networks. As the mastermind behind TSS Equipment, she juggled a multiple tasks while keeping her 15+ dealer network sharp, savvy, and ready to shine, all while sprinkling in some marketing and event planning.

But wait,If your biz doesn’t need the creative touch but could use a hand with daily operations, she’s your go-to gal! Her days were packed with accounting, wrangling contacts with the help of contact management software, managing online business and more.

When she clocks out, Kelly dives into family fun with her husband Deven and their two adventurers, Reagan (6) and Valor (3). This crew loves soaking up the great outdoors in their home state of Wisconsin, whether they’re getting their hands dirty in the garden, splashing on the lake, or exploring the woods!

Maggie Olson

Maggie comes to Creative Consult, thanks to a long-standing friendship with Kelly that blossomed into a successful collaboration of their business ideas. As a professional photographer—where her journey with Kelly began—Maggie has also ventured into various industries, including yoga studios, business coaching, and human design. Her creative approach makes her an ideal partner for Kelly, as they work together to develop marketing campaigns infused with human design and lead generation strategies.

Maggie has experience working with a range of CRM software and website frameworks, and she is eager to customize, create, or refresh your current setup, never hesitating to discard the old in favor of innovative solutions.

Outside of her work with Creative Consult and her coaching business, Chaos to Clarity, you can find Maggie practicing yoga or enjoying quality time with her husband, Drew, and their two children, Maeda (7) and Jackson (3). Interestingly, Maggie's Jackson and Kelly's Valor are born less than 24 hours apart! The family loves to go camping and explore the great outdoors in Wisconsin and Michigan.

How are your services billed?

Our billing depends on the service(s) your business is looking for. Many services can be billed by the project or on monthly retainer. Others can be bundled. The best way to see what a project or monthly cost to your business would be is to schedule a discovery call.

Do you offer other services?

Yes, after 20+ years in business there are many business management or marketing service(s) that Kelly and/or Maggie may provide that are not actively listed in a package. The best way to learn how we can help is to book a discovery call, and we can create a custom package that best fits your needs.

How do I get started with your services?

Simply contact us via the website or call to schedule a consultation. We'll discuss your goals and tailor a plan that best suits your needs for coaching, consulting, or tutoring.

You've worked with a competitor of mine, does that matter?

It only matters to us, if it matters to you! Each of our clients are very important to us during and after services are rendered. We do not work with conflicting companies/markets at the same time. However, that does not mean we cannot help you in the future. Each client is given a contract at the time service(s) begin and has the option for a non-disclosure (NDA) agreement.

What industry do you specialize in?

Between Kelly and Maggie, we've worked in many industries from mobility and veteran's services, to home services, to photography and yoga studios... and even non for profit work!
